How To Lead Upward

2 Kings 5:1-6 NKJV

1. Earn their trust & respect.
2. Bring more answers than questions and doubts; give answers not problems.
3. Want what’s best for those over you.
4. Understand that God has a purpose for your problem. (Gen. 22:1-2 & 14, NKJV)
5. Look for God’s purpose in the problem not yours.
6. Remember God’s purpose for the problems does not always include removing our problem.
7. Understand many times we are part of the problem.
