Right Focus:

Looks upward to Jesus for our identity. Brings favor and power of God to do what He has called us to do. Looks outward loving others as we love ourselves.

Wrong Focus:

Looks inward for identity. Brings failure. Brings inflated egos which causes us to miss our calling.
